The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees consists of a person with special knowledge in the field of psychoacoustics, a doctor with special expertise in the field of arachnopathy, the founder’s wife and an auditor.

As an independent supervisory body, the Board of Trustees monitors compliance with the founder’s will by the Board of Directors. In particular, the Board of Trustees is responsible for appointing and dismissing members of the Management Board, approving the annual financial statements and discharging the Management Board. The Board of Trustees meets at least once a year for an ordinary meeting.
